If you need to change or cancel your booking, please try to give us a heads up at least 24 hours before.
Just a friendly reminder that your appointment time is reserved just for you, and with a bit of notice, we can offer the slot to someone else on our waiting list. If you're having a last-minute crisis, give us a shout before your appointment, not after.
Should you have missed your appointment and/or had
no communication with the salon, you will not be able
to make any further booking without an upfront
payment.

If you're more than 10 minutes behind, I may need to cancel the appointment and charge the matching your treatment cost. It's all about keeping things ticking for everyone.
In the rare occurrence you have an issue with the service you recieve, please contact myself within 1 week of your appointment.
Ages 12-15:
Before we start any treatments, I need a quick thumbs-up from your parent or guardian. I'll send you a form early on to keep things easy.
Also, your parent or guardian has to stick around for the whole shebang. Just so you know, no gel or extensions for your crew. If we all play by the rules, we're good. But if not, sorry to say, bookings are non-refundable.
Under 12s:
Sorry, but we can't do treatments for you. You can still hang out with your grown-up pals during their appointments.
Since we're a busy nail spot, safety is super important. If your little one is causing a ruckus or might be a safety hazard, I might have to cut the treatment short.
Just like with the older kids, not following these rules means no refund on the booking. Thanks for understanding!
